Fasting

Our body receives toxins through the air we breath, the food we eat and the water we drink. Periodically, the body seeks to ride it self of the toxins that our it collects. When the body releases these toxins from the tissues they enter our blood stream causing the body to  experience a “low” or “down” cycle.  During such a cycle you can experience depression, constipation, diarrhea, headaches and other conditions. Our body needs to be relieved of these toxins periodicity.  A effective and safe way alive-ate these toxins is through fasting.
